1) Agreement to Our Legal Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between Blupipal Industries Private Limited (doing business as “Pipal”) and Wee Lifestyle Products (together “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you” or “user”) regarding your access to and use of pipalhome.com and any related websites, features, tools, products, or services that reference these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Minors: If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with consent and direct supervision of a parent/guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (powered by Shopify and Wee Lifestyle Products). Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

3) Account & Security
You may need an account to access certain features. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4) Product Information, Pricing & Availability
We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, specs, pricing, or availability are error-free; your display may vary. We may change products, pricing, and availability at any time.
5) Orders, Payments & Taxes

Payments: We accept common payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., cards, UPI, net banking). Prices are in INR and may include applicable taxes/fees where required.

Order Review: We may refuse or cancel any order and/or limit quantities per account/household/address at our discretion (e.g., suspected reseller orders or pricing errors).

Billing Info: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing/shipping information and promptly update it.
6) Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Window: Typically 1–3 working days; delivery usually 4–7 working days depending on location and courier serviceability (estimates only).

Delivery Attempts: If the address/pin code is inaccurate or non-serviceable, or delivery fails due to your unavailability, we may reattempt at your request (additional shipping costs may apply).

Risk & Title: Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the carrier (subject to applicable consumer law).
7) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations: You may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing weelifestylepnc@gmail.com with your order number. After dispatch, please follow the returns process below.

Returns (Defects-Only): Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery. You must email us first with clear photos and your order details; do not ship items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

No Returns for Design/Preference: Items are not returnable for dislike/change of mind.

Refunds: Once a defect-return is received and passes inspection, refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. For COD orders, refunds are processed to the bank/payment details you provide during a validated return.

Exchanges: Offered only for validated manufacturing defects and subject to stock availability.
Full terms are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy on the Site; if there is any inconsistency, that policy controls for returns/exchanges/refunds.
8) Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) violate law; (b) infringe IP rights; (c) upload malware/spam; (d) scrape, harvest, or bypass security; (e) impersonate others; (f) manipulate reviews/ratings; (g) sell illegal/regulated goods via the Services; or (h) use automated tools to access or abuse the Services. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations.
9) Intellectual Property
We (and our licensors) own the Services and all related content, code, designs, text, graphics, images, logos, and trademarks (“Content”). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Services and to download/print portions of the Content for personal, non-commercial or internal business use. Any other use requires our prior written consent. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
10) User Content & Feedback
If the Services allow reviews or other content (“User Content”), you represent that you own or have rights to post it and that it is lawful and accurate. We may host, display, or remove User Content at our discretion. If you send us ideas/feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation.
11) Third-Party Services (Shopify, Payments, Logistics)
The Services run on Shopify and may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, shipping partners, analytics, advertising). Those third parties may process your data per their policies; see our Privacy Policy for details. We are not responsible for third-party websites or content; access them at your own risk.
12) Partnership Disclosure
We expressly disclose that Wee Lifestyle Products is our official e-commerce partner managing:

marketing and promotions,

order processing and fulfillment,

customer support,

inventory and logistics, and

data handling.
In some cases, billing, invoicing, or order confirmations may display the name Wee Lifestyle Products. Both Pipal and Wee Lifestyle Products are committed to protecting your data and fulfilling orders in line with our policies.
13) Disclaimers
The Services and all Content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability. You use the Services at your sole risk.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, revenue, or data) arising from or related to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable statutory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pipal, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your: (a) use of the Services; (b) breach of these Terms; or (c) violation of any law or third-party rights.
16) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access (and/or remove content) at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or law. If your account is terminated, you may not register a new account without our consent.
17) Changes, Availability & Maintenance
We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.
18) Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Venue (India)
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Informal Resolution. Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days after written notice.
Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, administered by the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA).

Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court in India to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
19) Miscellaneous
These Terms (plus policies referenced or posted on the Site) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as permitted by law. No agency, partnership, or employment relationship is created by your use of the Services.
